Explanation Voting Rights Announcement: Leifheit shareholder structure remains unchanged

Nassau, 7 July 2015 - Mr Edouard Carmignac informed Leifheit AG that the Voting Rights of Leifheit AG held by the asset management company Carmignac Gestion S.A. are no longer attributed to him personally. Leifheit AG has published this Voting Rights Announcement today.

The current shareholder structure of Leifheit AG remains unchanged by this announcement. The asset management company Carmignac Gestion S.A. still holds more than 5 per cent of the Voting Rights of Leifheit AG.
